August Pokémon League Cup – Gnome Games Green Bay East
Join the Gnomes for Gnome Games Green Bay East’s League Cup event!
Registration opens at 9:30 AM
Tournament will start at 10 AM SHARP!

- Juniors (Age 10 & Under) $5
- Seniors (11 – 14) $10

This will be a Top Cut event with each round including Top Cut rounds being a best of 1 game match with a 30 minute time limit. Top Cut is based on player attendance.
Win a Match Win a Booster, with Promo Packs going out to all players after Round 1.

The Gnomes invite Neopetians to the Gnome Games Green Bay West Battledome each Thursday this summer at Noon!
$8 tournament, where we’ll play 3 rounds; with each round having players win-a-pack, when they win-a-match!
We will be following the banned/restricted list on Neopets site.
As of 8/15/25 this includes:
- Naia (Faerie) is banned.
- Giant Spyder Web (Equipment) is Banned
- LabRay Scientist (Legend) is limited to 1 copy in your deck.
- Count Boris (Legend) is limited to 1 copy in your deck.
- Zombified Peasants (Legend) is limited to 1 copy in your deck.
- Giant Spyders (Legend) is limited to 1 copy in your deck.
- Lady Frostbite (Legend) is limited to 1 copy in your deck.
- Nilo (Legend) is limited to 1 copy in your deck.
- Darigan’s Orb (Equipment) is limited to 1 copy in your deck.
- Faerie Hot Dog (Food) is limited to 1 copy in your deck.

Deck Construction
You need a 50-card deck made up of a combination of Codestones, Equipment, Food, Faeries, Heroes, Legends, Map Pieces, Paint Brushes, Petpets, Potions, and Villains. Decks can contain no more than 2 copies of any Equipment, Food, Legends, Paint Brushes, and Potions. They may contain no more than 1 copy of any Faerie, Hero, Petpet, unique Map Piece, or Villain and may contain any number of Codestones. You can have a Neopet Deck of at least 3 and up to 5 Neopets of different species (all 5 must have a different name), and a Rainbow Pool with up to 10 unique Rainbow Pool Neopets. Additional cards may have unique rules text having them start in your Rainbow Pool. These cards do not count towards the 10 Rainbow Pool Neopet limit. Up to 10 six-sided diced will be required for battle.

Magic: The Gathering: Spiderman is finally here at Gnome Games Appleton East!

Whether you’re an avid Spider-fan or you’re only familiar with the basics, this set features awesome artwork and fun cards for everyone! So swing on into Gnome Games and join us all weekend for a suite of amazing Spiderman themed events!
What’s a “Draft Prerelease”?
Draft is a Magic format where participants will make a 40 card minimum deck by opening a booster pack, selecting a card from it, and passing the rest as they receive cards from the player next to them. They repeat this process for 3 booster packs of cards, and then construct their decks. Once decks have been constructed it’s a 3 round best of 3 tournament where every round you win nets you another booster pack!
When: Friday September 24th at 5:30pm

The first even we’re hosting is our Casual Friday Funday Prerelease. All participants will receive a Prerelease kit to build a 40 card minimum deck (we provide basic lands), and then play in a 3 round best of 3 tournament! Better yet, it doesn’t matter if you win or lose as all participants will receive 2 booster packs just for joining us!
When: Friday, September 19th 12pm
Cost: $50*
Registration begins at 11:30am

Gnome Games Green Bay East Pokémon League
Pokémon League is a fun and accessible way for Pokémon fans to get together and have some fun! Gnome Games Green Bay East Pokémon League events are open to all Pokémon TCG and video game players regardless of experience level or skill. Using your own cards and Pokémon video games, you can play, trade, and even earn cool prizes! The best part is that you can do all this with other Pokémon players who love collecting and playing just as much as you do.
Pokémon League events are a great way to learn game basics and get the feel for Pokémon competitive play before beginning to compete in Pokémon tournaments. In fact, many Pokémon League locations also run Pokémon Championship Series competitions designed for Pokémon fans who are just getting started.
Gnome Games has Pokémon Professors on hand at league sessions to assist new players in learning the basics of the game, creating new decks and strategy, and assisting with fair trading practices.
Gnome Games also has non-trading card game activities available for Pokémon fans of all ages and families are encouraged to join us as a fun family activity.
