Gnome Games accepts returns of unopened, non-collectible merchandise with a Gnome Games receipt for 30 days after purchase.

Gnome Games In Store Return Policy

You may return any unopened, non-collectible merchandise within 30 days for a full refund, with a Gnome Games receipt. All returns are given on a Gnome Games Gift Card that never expires.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping or bringing the merchandise to a Gnome Games store

Exempt Items.

  • Used merchandise
  • Collectible Merchandise (CCG’s TCG’s, CMG’s etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Magazines and periodicals
  • Food and Beverages
  • Event entry fees

To complete your return, we require a Gnome Games receipt or Gift receipt.

Damaged or Games with missing parts

Gnome Games works closely with many manufacturers to ensure our customers are able to get replacement parts for games that have missing or damaged contents. To facilitate this we will need to have the receipt for your game from Gnome Games.

Please bring the receipt and the damaged game to the closest Gnome Games store to get started, or email HQ@gnomegames.com and include an image of the game, with any damaged parts showing, and an image of the receipt.

We will coordinate with you and the publisher according to the publisher policies.

Online Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gnome Games 985 Centennial St #7 Green Bay, WI 54304.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Why Gnome Games Gift Cards?

We have had times in the past where people have abused our system with credit cards and other forms of payment. All returns are on Gnome Games Gift Cards. These never expire, and can be used in any Gnome Games Store.
Online Gift cards are also good for any store and the Gnome Games online store.
