Magic: The Gathering: Spiderman is finally here at Gnome Games Appleton East!

Marvel’s famous web-head makes his debut in Magic: the Gathering with this all new set featuring iconic villains and spider-people from across the series!
Whether you’re an avid Spider-fan or you’re only familiar with the basics, this set features awesome artwork and fun cards for everyone! So swing on into Gnome Games and join us all weekend for a suite of amazing Spiderman themed events!

On Saturday September 20th we’ll be hosting a 3 round sealed tournament where you and your partner-in-crime fighting will each make a 40 card minimum deck out of 2 prerelease kits before competing against other teams that did the same! Each round you win earns you another booster pack of this hot new set! Whether this is your first time at a prerelease, or you’re a seasoned crime fighter, our prerelease event is a great way to experience the new set before it’s officially released!

Participants will recieve a FP-050 Son Goku: DA promo, and 6 packs of the new set A Wish for Shenron and build a 40 card deck to play in the event with! After 40 min of deckbuilding we’ll play 3 rounds of Swiss Best of 1 where every round you win you get another pack! Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2025 OTS Celebration Event! – Appleton East – $15*

Come celebrate the Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship at Gnome Games Appleton East!

The Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship is here! Come celebrate with us at our special event! We’ll be hosting a Swiss Rounds Based on Attendance Win-A-Match-Win-A-OTS Pack Event, and Participants will have the chance to win a set of Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG World Championship 2025 Celebration Event Promo Cards, presented in a black envelope with the World Championship 2025 logo emblazoned in gold to commemorate the special event. This year’s Celebration Event cards are two Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2025 Secret Rare promotional cards: Fracas, le Guerrier Magique and Force de Miroir (French versions of Breaker the Magical Warrior and Mirror Force)*.

Our event is on Sunday September 14th starting at 1pm!

Entry is $15 and players MUST have a valid Konami ID ready at entry.

Warhammer 40K Premiere Halloween Tournament Event! – Appleton East – $20*

Players beware you’re in for a scare at the Warhammer Store Champion at Gnome Games Appleton East!

Come compete in our Premiere Halloween Warhammer Store Championship Tournament! On Saturday October 25th we’ll be hosting a competitive Tournament event all day long! Starting bright and early at 9am! Our event will be using special Halloween Themed Mission Rules and Objectives! Entry into the event will be $20 per player. Each player will be required to have the following: a 2000 Point army(proxy models are allowed as long as they are deemed appropriate for in store use by judges), 5 paper copies of their list including their Detachment and Enhancements. One copy for themselves, One copy for each opponent, and one for the Judges. Each player will need to have their own measuring tools and Dice as well.

Our event will be a 3 round Swiss Event, each round will be timed for 2 hours of play. After 3 rounds the Top 3 players will get the entry costs back on Gift cards varying depending on the amount of players in the event. 1st place will also get the Glass Store Champion Trophy and Top 3 get to sign their name on our Store Championship Poster which will hang in the store. We also get to vote on best Painted Army, and Most Sporting who also get to sign and hang posters in store. We will be playing with Custom Modified Mission Rules from Chapter Approved 2025-26 with a Spooky Halloween Themed Twist and more! Each Player who comes in a Family Friendly Costume will also start each game with One Extra Command Point!
