Help Tia the Tiger host a play date by matching animal friend pairs, racing to be the first player to successfully discard all your cards.

ThinkFun Friends: Play Date (published by ThinkFun / Ravensburger) is an engaging, educational matching game designed for young learners. The primary gameplay objective is simple yet rewarding: players are dealt large cards featuring multiple animal friends, and when a flipped small card matches a pair on your hand, you discard it.

The primary mechanical highlight is its adaptive three-tier difficulty system: the game scales smoothly as children grow, encouraging image recognition, deductive matching, and logical problem-solving. Designed for 2 to 4 players aged 3 and up, quick sessions play out in about 5 to 15 minutes. To win, you must keep a sharp eye out and be the first to clear your hand.
