Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times
We strive to get your games to your table as fast as possible.

In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Processing Hours: Our shipping team operates [Monday – Friday]. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $6.50 for economy shipping and $10.50 for standard shipping within the contiguous United States. The options will adjust depending on total weight of order.

Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for Free Economy Shipping.

Note: Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be calculated based on weight and destination.
3. Local Pickup (Any Gnome Games Location)
Skip the shipping fees and visit us in person!

How it Works: Select which store to ship the product to at checkout. We will ship the product from our warehouse to that location.

Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 48 hours).

What to Bring: Please have your order confirmation and a valid ID ready.
4. Preorders & "Ship Complete" Policy
To keep shipping costs low for our customers, we utilize a "Ship Complete" policy.

If your order contains both In-Stock items and Preorder items, the entire order will be held until the final preorder item is released.

If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
5. TCG & Randomized Products
To maintain product integrity, all Trading Card Game (TCG) and randomized miniature products are Final Sale. Once these items have been shipped, they are ineligible for return or exchange.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Gnome Games is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. However, we want you to have a great experience:

Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at customerservice@gnomegames.com within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. International Shipping
We do not currently ship to anywhere outside of the United States. If you would like to place an order with us, please email us at customerservice@gnomegames.com to discuss potential options.
