Do you accept gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards that can be redeemed online. As well as physical gift cards that can be redeemed in-store.
Do you provide bulk discounts?
We generally do not offer bulk discounts, but for large community or school orders, you can contact us at the community outreach page!
Do you price match?
We strive to keep our prices competitive from the start, so we do not offer price matching at this time.
What if I'm looking for an item that you don't have in stock?
Click the "Notify Me" button on the product page to get an email the second it's back on the shelf.
Do you accept special orders?
If it's in print, we can likely get it! Reach out to us with the title and we will check our distributors.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer weighted shipping, based off of product and packaging material weight.
How will my order be shipped?
We primarily ship via USPS & UPS, depending on the size and weight of the package.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after leaving our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! Choose the store location you would like to pick up from at the shipping method, and we can have it there within 1-2 business days.
Why hasn't my order shipped?
There are several factors that could lead to an order being delayed during processing. If there was an issue with your order, we will have emailed you and could be awaiting a response. If you're order contained a Preorder, the order will be held until we are able to send out the product on it's release date.
What if my order contains in-stock and preorder items?
The order will ship once the final preorder item's release date has arrived. If you want the in-stock items now, please place them as a separate order.
When will I get my preorder?
We ship preorders as soon as the release street date has arrived.
Order Management & Returns
How do I find out the status of my order?
Check your email for a tracking number once the order ships, or log in to your account to view "Order History."
Can I add more items to my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot add items. You'll need to place a new order.
How do I change or cancel an item or order?
Contact us immediately at customerservice@gnomegames.com. If the order has already been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
What if I have moved and need to change my address?
Email us ASAP. If we have not finished processing your order, we can get it changed. If the order has already shipped, you will need to contact the carrier selected at checkout to reroute your order.
What if the item I ordered is actually out of stock?
We will notify you, refund you for that item, and ship the rest of your order immediately.
How do I report a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged package, please take a clear picture of it, and reach out to us within 48 hours to help get you in touch with the postal service. If the product contains damaged contents, we can help get you in touch with the manufacturer for replacement pieces!
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in original shrink-wrap can be returned within 30 days. Note: TCG/CCG sealed products are final sale.

TCG & CCG Sales Policy
All Sales are Final
All CCG/TCG (Collectible & Trading Card Game) products, including but not limited to sealed booster boxes, packs, elite trainer boxes, and individual singles, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Tamper Prevention
This policy protects our community from "pack weighing," resealing, or the return of tampered goods. Once a randomized product leaves our store or warehouse, its chain of custody is broken, and we can no longer guarantee its integrity to the next customer.
Market Volatility
Due to the fluctuating market value of CCG/TCG products, we do not offer price adjustments or returns based on price changes.
Damaged Contents
If you find a manufacturing defect (e.g., missing cards from a sealed pack or misprinted cards), please contact the manufacturer (Wizards of the Coat, The Pokémon Company, etc.) directly for a replacement.

Do you take card trade-ins?
Yes! We take trade-ins for Pokemon, Magic, and Yugioh. Visit us in-store for an appraisal or check our online buy list for current rates.
