Shipping Information

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $X.XX for most orders. Orders over $XXX qualify for Free Shipping.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via UPS & USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, transit times typically range from 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time, Gnome Games does not offer international shipping.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes! Select your preferred Gnome Games location at the shipping method selection. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, usually with 1-2 business days.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

The most common reason for a delay is that your order contains a Preorder item. We hold the entire order until all items are in stock.

What if my order contains both in-stock and preorder items?

To minimize shipping costs, we ship orders in full once the final preorder item arrives. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place them as separate orders.

When will I get my preorder?

Preorders ship on the manufacturer's official release date. While we aim for delivery on release day, shipping carrier delays are occasionally possible.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Important: Due to market volatility, all Trading Card Game (TCG) and CCG products are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I report a damaged item?

If you item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

What if the item I ordered is actually out of stock?

If our inventory count was off and an item is unavailable, we will notify you, refund that item immediately, and process the remainder of your order.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has reach the "Shipped" status, we can no longer make changes.

What if my board game is missing a component?

If your game is missing a piece (e.g., a card, die, or meeple), please reach out to us! We have great relationships with the manufacturers we work with, and we can help fill out "Missing Parts" forms to get you replacements for free.
