Build the most prosperous aquatic pond by strategically placing cards that score based on your own layout or the neighboring ponds of the players beside you.

Symbiosis (published by Subverti / Hachette Boardgames) is a fast-paced, highly interactive card game designed by Jérémy and Christelle Partinico. The primary gameplay objective is to assemble an 8-card pond (arranged in two rows of four columns) over seven quick turns by drafting cards from a central pool and swapping them into your grid.

The primary mechanical highlight is its unique neighbor-dependent scoring system: your leftmost column scores based on your left neighbor's complete pond, your rightmost column scores based on your right neighbor's pond, and your two central columns score solely from your own cards. Designed for 2 to 4 players aged 8 and up, snappy sessions play out in about 15 minutes. To achieve victory, you must carefully balance your own set-collection goals while paying close attention to what your neighbors are building.
