How Sealed works for Neuroscape:

Each player opens 6 booster packs and then picks a mainframe card and builds a cyberdeck with a minimum of 30 cards from the cards they opened. Then they combine that with a 25 card RAM deck to make a complete deck. Then all players battle to see who emerges the champion of the digital underground!

Players are allowed to use extra cards they opened as a sideboard to swap cards in and out of their cyberdeck between games. Their cyberdeck must contain a minimum of 30 cards. A player’s cyberdeck may contain as many copies of any individual card as they wish.
