How to Draft Neuroscape:

Players sit in a semi-circle. Each player opens a booster pack, drafts 1 card from it, and passes the rest of the pack to the player on their left. Players continue drafting and passing like this until the cards from that round of packs are gone. Then each player opens a 2nd pack and this process begins again, this time with players passing to their right. Then this process happens with a 3rd pack, this time with players passing to their left again.

Players then pick a mainframe card and build a cyberdeck with a minimum of 30 cards from the cards they drafted. Then they combine that with a 25 card RAM deck to make a complete deck. Once their decks are complete, players battle each other to see who emerges victorious! Players are allowed to use extra cards they opened as a sideboard to swap cards in and out of their cyberdeck between games. Their cyberdeck must contain a minimum of 30 cards. A player’s cyberdeck may contain as many copies of any individual card as they wish.
