"Standard" refers to a format in Magic the Gathering where decks consist of 60 cards. Decks can have no more than 4 copies of any given card (excluding Basic lands). Our Magic Standard Showdown event is a constructed tournament where players compete in 1 on 1 matches for packs and exclusive promotional cards. These change with every set! This is a more competitive event, so decks are required to be standard legal according to Wizard of the Coast's legality rulings.
