Legendary Legendary: 007 James Bond - The Spy Who Loved Me

Dive into international espionage beneath the waves, thwart a catastrophic nuclear conspiracy, and face down the steel-jawed assassin in a cooperative deck-building showdown where nobody does it better.

Legendary: A James Bond Deck Building Game – The Spy Who Loved Me Expansion (designed by Travis Severance and published by Upper Deck Entertainment) expands the acclaimed Legendary espionage system into one of 007's most celebrated cinematic adventures. Integrating directly with the Legendary: 007 James Bond Core Set, this expansion tasks 1 to 5 players with forging an uneasy Cold War alliance between MI6 and the KGB. Players recruit iconic allies like Major Anya Amasova (Agent XXX), acquire sophisticated Q-Branch gadgets, and coordinate tactical strikes to unravel the megalomaniacal schemes of shipping magnate Karl Stromberg before he triggers global nuclear devastation from his submersible citadel, Atlantis.

The strategic friction centers on managing tight card economy and infiltration mechanics against high-threat adversaries and volatile mission objectives. As players cycle through the HQ to draft tactical assets, strike power, and recruitment influence, the villain deck pushes perilous hazards, henchmen, and mission timers along the track. Confronting the indestructible enforcer Jaws demands overwhelming combat strength and precise gadget timing, while Stromberg's aquatic operations impose punishing board disruptions and scheme twists. Players must carefully balance dismantling villainous infrastructure, protecting vital intelligence, and completing multi-stage mission objectives before the danger level peaks and the master plan wipes out civilization.
