The primary hurdle lies in reading the humor style of the active judge while completing a precise narrative arc. Each round, one player steps into the role of the Therapist, flipping a card from the Question deck to establish the client's opening panel, and selecting one of three random Answer cards to form the second panel. The remaining players then look at their hands of Treatment cards, picking the absolute best (or most offensive) third panel to cap off the comic before passing it face down. The Therapist shuffles the submissions, reads the completed three-panel strips out loud, and awards a point to whichever final treatment delivered the funniest punchline. It is a masterclass in hyper-accessible, high-laugh adult party design that translates quick-fire humor, comic book formatting, and dark psychological wit into a smooth 15-minute session.
