Disney Villainous: Introduction to Evil is a "remastered" entry point into the highly popular asymmetrical board game series. This edition celebrates the Disney 100th Anniversary by updating four of the most iconic villains from the original base set—Maleficent, Captain Hook, Ursula, and Prince John—with simpler, more balanced mechanics. Every player takes on the role of a unique villain with their own board, deck, and villain-specific goal inspired by their classic films.

The core gameplay loop involves moving your sculpted mover to different locations in your realm to perform actions like gaining power, playing minions, or unleashing "Fate" cards to disrupt your opponents' plans with pesky heroes. This version removes some of the more complex rules, such as Item Activations and Locked Locations, and includes refined character boards and guides. It is fully compatible with all other Disney Villainous expansions, allowing you to eventually expand your wicked roster.
