Stepping away from complex board setups and aggressive take-that mechanics, this title focuses on hand-order discipline, basic counting, simple economics, and friendly negotiation. The primary gameplay objective centers on harvesting bean crops to earn gold coins: players plant bean cards into designated fields, trade unwanted varieties with opponents, and harvest complete fields at peak value to accumulate the wealthiest treasure chest.

The primary mechanical hurdle—and the series' signature rule—is managing a strict hand-order system: players cannot rearrange the cards in their hand, forcing them to plant or trade beans in the exact order they are drawn. Featuring a unique 5-tier modular ruleset, the game accommodates 2 to 4 young players aged 4 and up in smooth 20-to-30 minute sessions. Level 1 strips away trading entirely, allowing preschoolers to focus purely on number recognition and basic field planting; higher levels gradually introduce bean trading, bonus coin objectives, and advanced bean types as players mature.
