The Commander format is all about picking your hero and building a deck around them. In this casual, multiplayer format, you choose a legendary creature to serve as your commander and build the rest of your deck around their color identity and unique abilities. Players are only allowed one of each card in their deck, with the exception of basic lands, but they can use cards from throughout Magic’s history.”

Join us at Gnome Games on Friday , June 27th for our extra special Magic Presents: Pride Event!
For the Magic Presents: Pride event, treat all eligible commanders as though they had the partner ability. This allows players to add an additional commander to a deck they already have or use a never-before-seen combination of two commanders to helm a totally new deck. Commanders that already have abilities like partner won’t let players have more than two commanders at this event, but we applaud their enthusiasm. Remember that the extra commander still counts toward the 100 cards in their deck.
Entry is either $5 or purchase of $5 of product (that’s just a booster or two.) All skill levels welcome!

Join the Gnomes for the Legends of the Force Prerelease! Star Wars fans and Unlimited players: the latest set docks at Gnome Games on July 4th!

Starting at Noon (12pm)
Entry is $35*
We’ll be playing 3 rounds of play after players build a minimum 30 card deck with 1 base and 1 leader. Each round is a best 2 of 3 match, with a 55 minute time limit. When you win your match, you’ll win a pack of Legends of the Force!
After 3 rounds of play, each player will get an additional booster as a participation prize!
You can use any common base for your deck, even one that did not come from one of the booster packs you opened. You can only use a rare base if it was in one of the booster packs you opened.
Your draw deck can include any number of copies of the same card. For more information on Sealed play check Star Wars Unlimited’s website.
With over 260 new cards, the Force token, the new Hidden keyword, and a plethora of Jedi, Sith, and other Force-sensitive characters joining the game’s roster, Legends of the Force is an exciting set for any fan of Star Wars: Unlimited. Look at the upcoming cards here!
