Magic the Gathering Turtle Team-Up Learn to Play Event!

Join us for a special Learn to Play event at Gnome Games Appleton North! Select your favorite turtle – Leonardo, Mikey, Donatello, or Raphael and team up to take down Shredder and the Foot Clan!

If you have had any interest in learning how to play Magic the Gathering, our Turtle Team-Up event is the perfect place to start! Turtle Team-Up is a new, cooperative game mode where players try to defeat an automated “boss deck,” having to fight the Foot Clan and Shredder!

The event is free to play and anyone that participates gets a chance at a bonus TMNT booster pack!

Join us at Gnome Games Appleton East for a Board Game Night!

Board Game Nights are entirely free. Stop on in just for the experience! No registration required.

What is Parks about?

Developed by Keymaster, discover what awaits in different U.S. National Parks in the board game named after them, Parks! In the 2nd edition (which is what we have available for our demo), there are now 63 National Parks to explore! Take on the role of hikers in a solo campaign, or as a group of up to 5 as you roam landscapes, capture moments in nature, and traverse trails through all four seasons. Experience different sites at different parks, but be careful where you go! It’s tough collecting resources where other hikers are. Find campfires to share space and time with other hikers.

Canteens and Gear can improve access to resources as you play. Carefully manage your resources between building up your engine and visiting National Parks to experience everything these beautiful parks have to offer!

Board Game Night at Gnome Games Appleton East – Parks

Join us at Gnome Games Appleton East for a Board Game Night!

Every Tuesday from 5 PM to 9 PM, join us for a guided learning experience for a board game! This week’s board game: Parks! A demo copy is set up ahead of time so players can pick up and learn without the stress of set-up and take-down. A friendly Gnome is available to teach the game! This game will run for two weeks, so if you miss the opportunity this week, hop on in next week on April 21st! Or play a second time, we don’t judge.

Join us at Gnome Games Appleton East for a Play with the Developer for the game Of Popes and Plagues!

On Thursday, April 16th from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to play with the developer of the game Of Popes and Plagues! Tray Green joins us for a guided session on how to play the game, and offers some goodies just for participating. This event is entirely free, so just bring yourself, potentially some friends, and a fun learning attitude!

Build your village and improve your population while throwing Pestilence at your opponents. Whoever lives the longest wins! This game features illuminated artwork modeled on 14th Century woodcuts.

Union Arena: Tokyo Ghoul Release Event at Gnome Games Appleton East – $30

Join us at Gnome Games Appleton East for our Union Arena: Tokyo Ghoul Release Event!

On Saturday, April 18th at 2 PM, compete in a sealed release event for Union Arena for the release of Tokyo Ghoul! Through 3 rounds of a Swiss style tournament, find out who’s the best and earn exclusive promos! Players open up 5 packs to make up their deck. Rounds are 35 minutes, best of one. Each round won awards players with an additional Tokyo Ghoul pack! Participants all receive a Release Event Pack and a Union Rare Haise Sasaki promo card, while the grand Winner receives a Union Rare (winner vers.) Haise Sasaki promotional card.

Entry is $30. Players must register ahead of time on Bandai TCG+. Our event is located here!

What is Union Arena?

UNION ARENA is a “Common Rules Trading Card Game”, which means players only need to learn 1 set of rules to play this card game using characters from series they love. In UNION ARENA you can find many popular characters from various series on the cards! Make a deck with characters from your favorite series and enjoy battles that even cross series! Gundam Starter Deck Battle [ST01-ST06] at Gnome Games Appleton East

Join us at Gnome Games Appleton East for our Gundam Starter Deck Battle [ST01-ST06] Event!

On Friday, April 17th at 5 PM, compete in an exclusive tournament using starter decks that were previously unavailable! This 3 Round Swiss style tournament offers players the chance to purchase starter decks [ST01] through [ST08] for participation. Through 3 rounds, we’ll find out who works their decks the best and earn an additional promotional card pack! Each player receives a Starter Deck Store Promotional Pack at the end of the tournament for participation. Rounds are 30 minutes, best of one.

Entry is the purchase of a Gundam Starter Deck. The starter deck must be from the sets ST01 through ST08 to qualify. Prices vary per deck.

Players must enter ahead of time on Bandai TCG+. Our event is found here!
