Star Wars Unlimited Charity Tournament
Welcome one and all to a special charity event for Star Wars Unlimited! This event will be benefiting the Beja Shriner’s Transportation Fund! This fund exclusively funds transportation for kids to and from hospitals.
On Sunday, July 6th we invite Star Wars Unlimited players for a fun and competitive charity tournament at Gnome Games Green Bay West! Starting with 10am registration and the event starting at 11am, we’ll play rounds based on attendance and give away some Galactic quality prizes!
Attendance and participation for the event requires a minimum $25 donation.
This event will utilize competitive level rules to ensure a friendly, fair, and competitive play experience. It will award players an array of potential prizes and promos from Gnome Games’ prize vault and the fine folks at Fantasy Flight and Asmodee!
2 players will get rooms and badges for the Las Vegas Galactic Championship on July 25th-27th! We have a promo playmat to award, a slew of promo cards, and more!
Premier Format
The Premier format is the standard format for all Competitive-tier Star Wars: Unlimited events. We will be utilizing best of 3 matches, with 55 minute round time during Swiss rounds. Rounds will be based on attendance. More information is available here.
A legal Premier deck consists of the following:
• Exactly 1 leader and exactly 1 base
• A minimum 50-card draw deck
• A sideboard of up to 10 cards (Note: leaders and bases cannot be included in the
sideboard)
• All cards must be from sets designated as “Premier-legal,” which currently is any
officially-released set.
Between the draw deck and sideboard, there can be no more than three (3) copies of any card.
For this purpose, a “copy” is any card that shares a title and subtitle with another card, regardless
if they have different art, foiling, or graphic design elements.
It is each player’s responsibility to provide two identical, legal deck lists when playing in a
Competitive-tier event. A legal deck list consists of the following elements:
• Player first and last name
• Leader
• Base
• Draw deck and sideboard composition
Players are required to submit one deck list to the Event Organizer prior to the start of the event.
The second deck list is provided to the player’s opponent for review at the beginning of each
match during the top cut elimination rounds.
