Yu-Gi-Oh! Burst Protocol OTS Championship at Green Bay West – $22.50

Burst Protocol OTS Championship

Join us at Gnome Games Green Bay West for our Yu-Gi-Oh! Burst Protocol OTS Championship!

On Sunday, March 8th at 10 AM come compete in our Burst Protocol OTS Championship! Take this exclusive opportunity to earn an invite to the 2026 Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Qualifiers! Rounds are Swiss style and rely on attendance, with potential for Playoff Top Cut. Swiss rounds are 50 minutes, best of 3, and Top Cut is untimed with Slow Play enforcement. All participants receive packs of the newest Yu-Gi-Oh! set. The top 4 players receive an invite to the 2026 World Championship Qualifiers, and the grand Winner receives an exclusive Burst Protocol OTS Championship Playmat!

Players must have a deck list for the deck they are participating with. Please arrive early to fill out a deck list if necessary, or bring one from home. All players need to fill out a registration form.

Advanced Format tournaments use a specific list of playable cards. Some cards are forbidden from use, or limited to a set number in the Deck, to better balance tournament play. Duelists can view the most current Advanced Format card list by visiting this link: https://www.yugioh-card.com/en/limited/ Constructed Decks for Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG tournaments must meet specific guidelines for use in the event.
Duelists must ensure that their Decks meet these requirements before entering an event. A Duelist’s Deck includes their Main Deck and may include a Side Deck and/or an Extra Deck.
A Duelist may not have more than three (3) copies of any card included in their Main Deck, Side Deck, and Extra Deck combined.

Entry is $22.50 +tax. Registration begins at 9:30 AM. Players must have a Konami ID to register. 48 Duelists can register at most, which amounts to 6 Rounds of Swiss and Top 8 playoffs. Players must know the current tournament procedures to ensure fair and consistent play. Grab your deck and a decklist, and strive to win the Burst Protocol OTS Championship at Gnome Games!

Yu-Gi-Oh! Burst Protocol Premiere! Weekend at Gnome Games Green Bay East

Burst ProtocolYou’re invited to the Burst Protocol Premiere Weekend at Gnome Games Green Bay East! Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, January 20th to February 1st!

Entry is $22.50+tax, getting the entrant 5 packs of Burst Protocol and a Field Center Card celebrating the set! Each entrant will also be entered into a drawing for prizes!

Burst Protocol contains:

  • 10 Secret Rares
  • 14 Ultra Rares
  • 26 Super Rares
  • 50 Commons

(25 cards available as Starlight Rares!)

“Rokkets” return in Burst Protocol, along with the latest “Forbidden” Quick-Play Spell Card: Forbidden Crown!

Depicting the struggle of powers above and below, the “Forbidden” series of Quick-Play Spells started way back in 2009. Forbidden Crown is the sixth, and the one with the most effects (so far)!

As the saying goes, “heavy is the head that wears the crown.” The monster chosen by Forbidden Crown gets hit with ALL of these effects for the rest of the turn:

  • Its effects are negated.
  • It can’t attack.
  • It can’t be destroyed.
  • It’s unaffected by card effects – except its own.
  • It can’t be Tributed, or used as Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Material.

And finally, neither player can use monster effects in response to the Crown to try and stop it.

Since the Crown, like all “Forbidden” Quick-Plays, can be used on either turn, you can use it on any monster, friend or foe, as offense or defense, depending on the situation. You can stop your opponent’s monster effects, disrupt their Summoning strategy by making a monster unusable as material, or make it indestructible while it’s stuck in Attack Position so you can run over it again and again to smash their Life Points. On the other hand, you can use it on your own monsters to protect them from enemy card effects, from being destroyed in battle, and from being used as material by your opponent. And since it opens so many possibilities, it’s a great card to Set if you’re going first, because it always has a great use.

Every Duelist who purchases a minimum of 5 packs will receive a Field Center Card* and be entered into a drawing to win exclusive prizes including a Game Mat* and a Secret Rare Card*!

The Premiere! Event will be held on Friday, January 30th, Saturday, January 31st, and Sunday, February 1st, during regular business hours.
