Position Details
- Location: Appleton East
- Position Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)
- Availability Needed: Closing shifts and weekends
What You’ll Do
As a Retail Gnome, you’ll be at the heart of the action:
- Welcome guests and help them find the perfect game
- Create a fun, friendly, and inclusive store environment
- Run and support in-store events in a social, engaging, and approachable way
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
- Build connections with customers and contribute to our growing community
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is:

- Community-Focused – You enjoy creating positive, inclusive spaces for all ages
- Reliable & Hardworking – You show up ready to go, especially on weekends
- Detail-Oriented – Knows how to stick to procedures, gather information, and report correctly
- Creative Thinker – Help bring an artistic flare to our decorations and merchandising!
Bonus (but not required):
- Knowledge of board games and/or collectible card games (CCGs) like Pokémon, Magic, etc.
