Pokémon Chaos Rising Prerelease at Gnome Games Appleton East – $40

Join us at Gnome Games Appleton East for our Pokémon Chaos Rising Prerelease!

Compete in an exclusive week of Pokémon Chaos Rising Prereleases! Open a Build & Battle kit, upgrade the deck inside, and participate in a 3 round Swiss style tournament! These kits contain one of four decks. Test your luck and get Crobat, Goodra, Delphox, or Ampharos and dominate the competition! Each kit comes with four packs to upgrade your deck. Each round is 30 minutes, best of 1. Players get 3 packs at the end of the tournament just for participating!

Our events are:

Saturday May 9th at 2 PM

Tuesday May 12th at 5:30 PM

Thursday May 14th at 5:30 PM

Sunday May 17th at 2 PM

Each deck is set up for instant play and contains one of four unique foil promo cards based on the deck you get! For more details, take a peek at our events on the Pokemon Event Locator! Prereleases are a great way to pick up and play Pokémon in a more casual environment and learn how to build decks.

Entry is $40. Players must have a Pokémon ID to participate. Don’t have one? We can help you set one up in-store!

What is Pokémon?

The Pokémon TCG is all about battling with various cards from the Pokémon franchise! You and your opponent will face off in a Pokémon battle and try to Knock Out each other’s Pokémon. The first player to Knock Out 6 Pokémon wins the game! Using cards such as Pokémon, Trainers, Arenas, and more, battle your way to victory!

Not interested in battling? That’s where the trading comes in! Meet up with like-minded players to chat about your favorite Pokémon and engage in equal trades to collect more of what you like!
