Part-Time TCG Inventory Associate
Pay: $13.00–$15.00 per hour
Hours: 18–24 hours per week
Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with flexible daytime hours and occasional weekend shifts as needed.
At Gnome Games, every trading card that reaches our stores and customers begins with careful organization behind the scenes. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team in a specialized inventory role focused on Trading Card Games (TCGs).
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys focused, independent work and takes pride in accuracy and organization. You'll be responsible for verifying, sorting, and organizing valuable trading card inventory while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
What You'll Do
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and existing TCG inventory.
- Sort, organize, and properly store trading card inventory according to company procedures.
- Identify discrepancies, damaged products, or inventory concerns and report them promptly.
- Maintain organized storage systems to ensure inventory is easy to locate and retrieve.
- Work independently to complete assigned projects while meeting productivity and accuracy goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

- A strong communicator who can clearly report inventory discrepancies or concerns.
- Able to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity throughout the day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Trading Card Games such as Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Star Wars Unlimited, CookieRun, Flesh and Blood, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or similar games.
- Previous experience with inventory management, warehousing, retail, or fulfillment is preferred but not required.
- Experience handling collectibles or high-value merchandise is a plus.
