What You Might Do

As a member of the Gnome Games team, responsibilities may include:

Retail & Customer Service

• Assisting customers with game, hobby, and collectible product recommendations
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stocking shelves and maintaining organized retail displays
• Learning product knowledge across board games, trading card games, roleplaying games, miniatures, and hobby products
• Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers of all experience levels

Community & Event Support

• Assisting with in-store events, tournaments, leagues, and game nights
• Teaching games and helping new players get involved in the hobby
• Supporting event setup, organization, and cleanup
• Engaging with customers and fostering a positive community atmosphere
• Helping ensure events run smoothly and professionally
