If so, Gnome Games is looking for you to join our team as a Retail Gnome at our Green Bay West location!

Position Details
- Location: Green Bay West
- Position Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)
- Availability Needed: Opening shifts and weekends
What You’ll Do
As a Retail Gnome, you’ll be at the heart of the action:
- Welcome guests and help them find the perfect game
- Create a fun, friendly, and inclusive store environment
- Run and support in-store events in a social, engaging, and approachable way
- Work with younger gamers, including helping lead our Pokémon Club on Saturdays
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
- Build connections with customers and contribute to our growing community

- Comfortable Leading Events – You can confidently host and guide casual play experiences
- Great with Kids – You enjoy working with younger players and helping them learn and have fun
Bonus (but not required):
- Knowledge of board games and/or collectible card games (CCGs) like Pokémon, Magic, etc.
