Carcassonne Expansion 5: Abbey & Mayor adds a new type type and three new pieces to the world of Carcassonne!  Abbeys act as monasteries, but are special! These pieces can fill holes in the board. Mayors can help players control cities by using coat of arms to determine their strength. In the countryside, barns synergize with farmers to make the fields they work even more valuable, and wagons can be placed like followers but moved from one feature to another. These new options for placing followers opens up new strategies for new and veteran Carcassonne players alike!
