The Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG OTS Championship is a way for OTS to provide Duelists with a Store-level Championship while providing Duelists additional opportunities to earn invites to the World Championship Qualifier at Konami Official Tournament Stores.
The Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG OTS Championship is a Tier 2 tournament as it gives invites to the World Championship Qualifier (WCQ)
Players of all ages who are in good standing with KDE-US may participate in the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG OTS Championship
Event Date and Time
Saturday March 5, 2022 – Gnome Games Green Bay West 2160 Ridge Road Green Bay, WI 54304
- On Site registration opens at 8:30 AM
- Preregistration Checking opens at 8:30 AM
- All Deck Lists must be submitted by 8:55 AM
- Tournament Starts at 9:00 AM

Deck Lists and Registration Forms are required for all Tier 2 events, including all Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG OTS
Championships.
Duelists should download copies of the KDE-US Deck List and KDE-US Registration forms online at https://www.yugioh-card.com and to complete them prior to attending the event.
The KDE-US Deck List is editable and Duelists should type out their Deck List. Deck lists that are not turned in by 8:55 AM or are illegible will result

Format
All Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG OTS Championship events are Tier 2 events, conducted as Advanced Format, Constructed Deck, Swiss round events.
The Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG OTS Championship will play Swiss Rounds, with a Top 8 Playoff top cut, with prizes awarded at the end of the final playoff round played.
If eight (8) or fewer Duelists participate in the event, prizes are awarded after the final Round of Swiss.

Advanced Format
Advanced Format tournaments use a specific list of playable cards. Some cards are forbidden from use, or limited to a set number in the Deck, in order to better balance tournament play. Duelists can view the most current Advanced Format card list by visiting this link: https://www.yugioh-card.com/en/limited/
- Constructed Decks for Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG tournaments must meet specific guidelines for use in the event. Duelists must ensure that their Decks meet these requirements before entering an event.
- A Duelist’s Deck includes their Main Deck and may include a Side Deck and/or an Extra Deck.
- A Duelist may not have more than three (3) copies of any card included in their Main Deck, Side Deck, and
Extra Deck combined. - A Duelists deck must include only cards, and all of the cards indicated on their Deck List at all times
Prizing
All Duelists will receive 5 Battle of Chaos Booster Packs after being seated for Round 1.
In addition to the booster packs each Duelist receives upon entering the tournament, the top four (8) Duelists will be eligible to receive the following prizes:
1st Place
- One (1) Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG OTS Championship Game Mat
- Invite to the 2022 World Championship Qualifier
These are given out to the Duelist who is ranked 1st after the
Playoff Top Cut rounds have concluded. If the event had eight
(8) or fewer Duelists, it will go to the Duelist who is ranked 1st
place after the final round of Swiss.
2nd – 4th Place
- Invite to the 2022 World Championship Qualifier
- The Top 4 Duelists after the final round played will earn an invite to the 2022 World Championship Qualifier.
1st – 8th Place (Top Cut Prizes)
- Players will receive an additional 2 Boosters for making the Top Cu
- Players will receive an additional 2 Boosters for every Match win during the Top Cut
